By the Beach Rentals

If you are heading to Clearwater Beach, we HIGHLY recommend staying with them! It was the perfect location for us. It's right on the intercoastal, within walking distance to all the great things downtown and the beach (no parking fees!), with sunrise literally outside your window. The Jolly Trolley can also take you anywhere you need to go. If you prefer simplicity, peace and quiet, this is also perfect for that!!! Clean & spacious with comfortable beds & furniture, a full kitchen, pool, wonderful owners with great communication...I could go on and on. We had the nicest week!

Love staying here, a home from home. Apartment was clean and modern. Swam in the pool and fished in the bay.....perfect for chilling. Ideal quiet location but still close to the bars and restaurants. Also a short stroll to the incredible North Beach. We stayed for 26 nights and it still passed too quickly. We noticed most of the guests are repeat visitors just like us. We'll be back again, Thank you to Marick, Ashlee and Maria.

I didn’t actually stay here, but a good Samaritan, who found my phone in Walmart was staying here. He took my phone for safekeeping, I ended up speaking with the owner or manager of the place, she was so nice and so helpful. Then, the good Samaritan and another guest both said the place was terrific, it was obviously very clean. If I wasn’t a “local,” it’s certainly a place I would love to stay at. In fact, if I ever have more out-of-town relatives than I can put up, I’ll send them to this cute little place!! Oh yeah, lovely location right on the inter coastal!

When you arrive you're not sure if you did a good booking as the place looks to need a lot of work, once you get into your apartment it looks much better and you can tell it's more like a newer build, only problem we had the first night was that we found bugs on the floor and bed so we reached out to the owner and she was super nice and changed us to another room, and gave us an additional night, so honestly we didn't except that. If you're about just to sleep in a place because you have planned to explore and be more outdoor it will be definitely your place, if you're looking for a luxury place ofc this ain't it. Also we were able to see the dolphins in front of the pool, place is pretty quite and is very close to everything, the beach, the stores, restaurants, I'm pregnant and we walked a lot so that's a plus.

Very clean!! Very quick responses with questions. They were still rebuilding from the hurricanes but the work site was very clean. Great for a group of people with different families as they have different sized rooms. Great pool and beautiful views!

There is no better place to stay, fancier places? Yes. But not better! This was our third time staying there and it did not disappoint. Mornings were great drinking our Bloody Mary's while watching the sunrise and dolphins. Pool was heated perfectly. Room was clean and super comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere. Met the owner while we were there doing some painting. What a great family run place, and a nice story. Looking forward to our next trip down staying with them. Thank you!

Wonderful stay, couldn't have asked for more! We are a family of four and stayed for 4 nights, doing a trip from Orlando to Clear Water then on Down to Miami. 'By The Beach' accommodation was perfect, the room (s) were modern and had everything we needed, The location is excellent - 1 minute walk to the beach and Town. We also had our own swimming pool that overlooks the Bay and gas fired BBQ. There are just enough apartments in the whole complex that you dont feel overwhelmed with people while still having a few families that you can talk to and meet. My son loved fishing off the wall inside the complex and caught his first cat fish (fishing rods etc supplied). Will definitely love to go back when we can! Met the owner who was more than happy to assist with anything we needed (which to be fair we didn't need as everything was good)! 5 stars from the Charman - Hopkins family.

This is a great place to stay, love location, owners so friendly and helpful, located on the bay and 5 minute walk to Clearwater Beach! Lots of Restaurants & shopping within walking distance, we’ve stayed here before & will again soon!
